FMX 210- Jaxson Lamb

this photo would be hard to Photoshop in my opinion. the masking of the person would be difficult as well as blending things together such as the shoes or the jacket with the colorful bathroom. this photo inspired me with my project as it shows two people close together in a grassy field just like how my picture is. this picture made me laugh. it made me laugh because this is obviously not what the original person wanted to look like. The person who photoshopped it took it very literally. the person who originally posted this wanted to look more like a 25 year old not like a 60 year old. this is a photo I would like to recreate as it can be difficult to find a good spot to take a picture. This photographer showed that you don't have to be in a beautiful place to show beauty in a picture   

     The image I chose from “The People’s Portfolio” is a child who tried to immigrate to the United States and was separated from his family. This photo brought me close to my emotions because my brother recently had a baby boy and I couldn't imagine what it would be like for my nephew to be ripped from his parent's hand. My nephew is only two and cannot speak for himself so if he was separated from his parents his life would completely change forever. These children must be extremely confused as they were told they were being brought into America for a better life and when they get to the border they are taken by people they do not know into a place they are unfamiliar with.
